Im Rahmen des
Designer in Lab 2023, entwickelten die Gestaltenden
Jan Scheffel und
Felicitas Ferch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fraunhofer IIS – Gruppe Human Centered Innovations – eine interaktive Auseinandersetzung vom Dialog Mensch und KI. Die Installation wird beim
Festival der Zukunft vom 26.06.–30.06.2024 ausgestellt.Ziel ist es einerseits ein Verständnis dafür zu gewinnen, wie weit KI-Akzeptanz in der Gesellschaft fortgeschritten ist, andererseits um Forschenden einen neuartigen Zugang zu diesen Informationen zu ermöglichen, indem diese auf ein dreidimensionales Objekt übersetzt werden. Wichtig bei der Entwicklung der Installation war insbesondere der Fokus auf einem empathischen und sinnlichen Einstieg in das Gespräch.

As part of the Designer in Lab 2023, designers Jan Scheffel and Felicitas Ferch developed an interactive exploration of the dialog between humans and AI in collaboration with the Fraunhofer IIS - Group Human Centered Innovation. The installation will be exhibited at the Festival of the Future from 26.06.-30.06.2024.The aim is to gain an understanding of how far AI acceptance has progressed in society and to provide researchers with new ways of accessing this information by translating it onto a three-dimensional object. When developing the installation, it was particularly important to focus on an empathetic and sensory approach to the conversation.
